Dayday is married to Choloy David and mother to Matteo Andres, 3 years old this month, and Pio Antonio, now 18 months old. She and her family live in Makati City, Philippines.

She works for SGV and Co’s Human Resources Department. She has an undergraduate degree in social work from the University of the Philippines and has an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management (MBA 99). Dayday was a national triathlon champion, and is a member of I Can Serve Foundation.
